This position is responsible for providing learning coordination support. This Talent Learning Coordinator would join a team with two other Talent Learning Coordinators. This particular role will focus on being the Talent Learning Coordinator for Finance Learning & Development as well as Digital & Technology (D&T) Learning & Development. As part of a team of supportive and bright Talent Learning Coordinators, you will have team support. As the Talent Learning Coordinator for Finance L&D and D&T L&D, you will have the autonomy to solve problems and glue up the details.


You will report to the Manager of Talent Learning Coordination. The role is based in Minneapolis, MN but we are open to considering remote candidates.


Job Responsibilities -
Manage coordination of learning and development programs and sessions including problem-solving and executing with excellence the following:

  • Virtual training (vILT) logistics and programs (e.g., setting up Zoom or Teams sessions, scheduling, emailing, etc.)
  • Virtual training (vILT) producing (i.e., managing Zoom/Teams sessions including managing chat and breakout rooms, etc.)
  • Learning Management System (LMS) request management (e.g., completing and consulting on request forms, managing requests, testing, updating rosters, etc.)
  • Inbox management
  • SharePoint minor maintenance (e.g., uploading/downloading, changing links, etc.)
  • Payment management (e.g., setting up POs, approving invoices, managing payment records)
  • Translations request management
  • Video management (e.g., uploading videos, minor editing)
  • Printing and shipping management
  • In-person training (ILT) logistics and programs (e.g., scheduling rooms, catering, travel)
  • Program management of coordination details in learning programs
  • Other coordination duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Requirements: Associate Degree
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in a high paced, detail-oriented setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills including critical thinking and autonomy in resourcefulness
  • Demonstrated capacity and sense of pro-activeness and ability complete multiple detailed tasks with frequent interruptions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy and ability to actively listening and clearly and concisely communicating
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including customer service skills of empathy and patience and team orientation
  • Comfort with ambiguity including adaptability and learning mindset orientation
  • Strong service orientation and desire to help others including stakeholder management (i.e., asks the right questions and builds confidence)
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with Learning Management System (e.g., Cornerstone)
Additional Consideration
  • International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.
  • The location for this role is Minneapolis, MN however remote work-at-home applications within the United States will be considered.
