Kofile is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who is looking to be part of building a recruiting organization that has the tremendous support from every level of leadership!

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a stellar recruiting and onboarding experience for all candidates and new Kofile employees. Working in partnership with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and the hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving the recruiting process and hiring top talent to the company. As a trusted business partner, you will act as a consultant for developing hiring plans and recruiting strategies for Production and Professional Service teams. We work in a high-volume environment as well as with leaders who have very specific needs that require creative sourcing.

In addition to daily recruiting, this Talent Acquisition champion will play a key role in building out the recruitment function at Kofile including implementation and administration of key recruiting systems including a new applicant tracking system. The team will be responsible for developing programs for diversity, employee referrals, college recruiting and company branding. This person will serve as a culture evangelist who will help drive change in the company and enhance the candidate experience.

. Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our hiring managers to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes
  • Assist in implementing and administer the Company’s ATS platform
  • Follow, review and enhance all interviewing procedures
  • Coach and implement behavioral interviewing for managers and hiring teams
  • Engage candidates, new hires, and stakeholders; and keep him/herself up-to-date with market trends in order to make sound recommendations on employer branding and sourcing for qualified applicants
  • In partnership with hiring managers and in support of established business goals, proactively build a pipeline for multiple requisitions across the company
  • Work with leadership to develop forecasting plans based on historical conversion rates/hiring ratios.
  • Build a rich pool of qualified candidates in order to deliver new hires on time
  • Manage successful vendor relations for contract and temporary personnel
  • Maintain and report on analytics that relate to retention and recruitment to meet company goals

Due to the current situation with the Covid -19, this position will work remotely some each week. Kofile is committed to a safe working environment. We require temperature scanning and masks work in public spaces for all employees.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting in a high-volume Production environment
  • 3 years of experience recruiting for technical, customer service, consulting and sales preferred
  • Full cycle recruiting experience including expert sourcing abilities
  • Experience managing, posting and navigating recruiting job boards (e.g. Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder)
  • Administration of Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters highly preferred)
  • Experience working with analytics and reporting on key metrics
  • Adept at influencing through strong relationships, expertise, and data
  • Strong background with social media recruitment (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
  • Preferred experience in college recruiting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly capable of exercising tact and discretion
  • Initiative to effectively meet the demands of multiple and sometimes conflicting internal customers
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
