Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE) team here at Univision, is brand new & growing! We are looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. As a member of the team, you will work full-time hours and have ownership of delivering amazing candidate experiences via smooth full lifecycle recruitment. Your area of focus will be for Advertising Sales & Marketing Talent across our Network, Local Media, and Digital properties. Fostering consultative, trusting, and influential relationships with our TA COE team, our business leaders sand HR Business Partners (HRBPs) will be the key to your success. Embracing our mission, aligning with our business strategies, and vibrant employee culture will allow you to build strong relationships both internally with our hiring teams and externally with talent. You will be passionate about being a Univision brand Ambassador!
You will identify top tier talent, maintain proactive sourcing activities, and ensure qualified and diverse applicant pools are identified and presented. You will focus searches on highly qualified candidates that demonstrate experience and skill in Advertising Sales & Marketing with the Media industry. Your contributions will support our Talent Management strategies and complement our continued growth and success.
You will report to the SVP, Talent Management.
Your day to day

  • You will partner with hiring managers and our HRBPs team to identify and understand job specifications and key competencies to meet departmental needs and organization’s goals.
  • You will research, source, screen, interview, recommend and engage with talent for open positions.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn and other digital recruitment sources to identify & engage with active and passive talent.
  • Proactively network to engage and establish relationships with key industry contacts and professional groups to drive recruitment strategies and enhance our employer brand.
  • Have the pulse on media industry market trends to influence hiring practices and be a source of information to our HR team.
  • You will manage the candidate experience and ensure that candidates are properly dispositioned in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tool every stage in the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong focus on delivering and improving related Talent Management metrics.

You have

  • At least 2 years of Advertising Agency and/or Corporate full cycle recruitment experience within the Entertainment and/or Media industry.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
  • Proven experience in leveraging LinkedIn and other Social Media channels and / or the latest technology for talent pipeline engagement/sourcing purposes
  • Recruitment experience with Ad Sales positions of all levels and established contacts, a plus
  • Experience in behavioral based interviewing, pre-employment testing, and other innovative selection methods
  • High volume recruiting, staffing firm experience, a/o Boolean search experiences are a plus.
  • Analytical skills and mindset
