What You Will Do

Supports the Talent Acquisition team with the functions and activities of the New Hire/Onboarding process within the Human Resource Department. Responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations as it pertains to new hires.
  • Partners with recruiters and hiring managers and plays a key role in ensuring an outstanding onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Serves as process owner and subject matter expert for the new hire/onboarding process including, but not limited to, technical issues and/or problems reported by the field.Serves as point of contact with new hire from time of offer acceptance until completion of onboarding tasks.
  • Maintains precise records throughout all phases of onboarding process and ensures that all required documentation is compliant with state/federal laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Monitors background checks on all new hires.
  • Monitors systems, identifies problem areas and develops and implements action plans as necessary. Works for solutions that benefit all parties involved.



Qualifications
Required
  • Three (3+) years’ Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, staffing or other related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Knowledge of all state employment regulations.

Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
