Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Global Salesforce

You enjoy coordinating, scheduling, talent brand marketing and are excited about hiring to teams who are responsible for supporting the ongoing growth of Slalom. As an ambassador of Slalom, you love making connections, meeting new people and building meaningful relationships. You are multi-faceted with a great mix of problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, which enables you to succeed in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring of Salesforce team members across different focus areas and roles by performing the following:
  • Schedule interviews for local and regional leadership teams, including technical screens, initial vetting interviews and final interviews
  • Maintain interview calendar
  • Help with on-boarding of new consultants for local and regional teams
  • Special projects including but not limited to Academies and Emerging Markets
  • Event support, planning, and participation for internal and external recruiting events
  • Applicant tracking system (ATS) organization & input, reporting, and process improvements
  • Create and run candidate “Nuture” campaigns
  • Monitor and maintain Slalom.com and LinkedIn job postings
  • Collaborate with recruiting team to understand hiring profile across Salesforce markets and capabilities
  • Learn and execute the Slalom approach for identifying and hiring top performers
  • Network and build relationships and sell the Slalom brand within the community (i.e. Meetups, campus recruiting and/or conferences)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years high volume interview coordination experience
  • Experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience with the following:
  • Working in a corporate office environment
  • Using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • Operating in a metric driven, production environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships
