Job Description
The Job: Systems Integration Consultant

Agiloft is seeking a Systems Integration Consultant to support our client and internal integrations.

As a part of our Technical Center of Excellence, you will have the opportunity to assist the next stage of growth for Agiloft. Agiloft has several out-of-the-box integrations with multiple industry-standard systems, such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Boomi, Tableau, and others, and is constantly developing additional managed packages and ESA’s. Nonetheless, many customers require some customer scripting and custom integration support.

As a Systems Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for working with Agiloft’s enterprise and strategic customers toward the successful integration of Agiloft’s products and services with their other software systems. This will require you to partner with Agiloft’s sales team during the pre-sales process and Agiloft’s professional services team during the implementation phase. You will work closely with sales, product management, and professional services on developing the future roadmap for integrations with Agiloft.

The successful candidate for this job will have strong technical aptitude experience, along with a self-starting, proactive mentality. You will be dealing with very technical users and complex issues, but you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to strong client relationships via interactions with all parties involved.

This role has a high degree of responsibility and autonomy; you will have the customer-facing skills to communicate a solution and vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences, and the technical skills to be able to execute proof-of-concepts and provide guidance on architecture and buildout for the production implementation.

Job Responsibilities

    • Driving the technical discussions during the pre-sales process
    • Capturing and defining requirements during the design phase
    • Configuring the integrations during the build phase
    • Being the acknowledged expert on all integration-related items
  • Develop deep functional product expertise of Agiloft and how it can interact with other systems
  • Dive in to set up integrations between systems and help troubleshoot integration issues
  • Work with the Product team to identify and prioritize product and integration enhancements based on client requests and identified technical obstacles
  • Work with the sales, product management, and professional services team to develop a roadmap for Agiloft integrations
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in high tech software/SaaS with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role
  • Extensive experience setting up system integrations using SOAP/REST and industry-standard API protocols
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), listening and presenting skills
  • Experience gathering requirements, scoping, and writing specifications as well as guiding prospects through evaluations of software products
  • Detail-oriented with an enthusiasm for solving problems in real-times
  • Must have strong analytical, process validation and troubleshooting skills to understand system interfaces and be able to quickly analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system interoperability problems

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages desired
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a technical discipline
