Who you are

You will be responsible for driving account innovation and proactive advisory into the assigned enterprise client accounts. This involves promoting best practices and providing insight on implementation of new ideas, promotion of technology solutions, improving account level adoption rating for Colliers360, strategic planning, workplace and innovation within the groups and introducing group tools and processes that encourage creative thinking. You will play an active role in client business reviews and monthly meetings to gather client feedback and develop and implement improvement plans. You will work with Occupier Services leadership to identify opportunities for account growth and partner with business development to formulate pitch and proposal strategies.

What you bring

  • Graduate degree in business, innovation or real estate strategy
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Real Estate Strategy and consulting
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative products and services within an existing corporate real estate or service provider environment
  • Track record of leading and managing complex global accounts or client organizations.
  • Subject Matter Expert on outsourced account management structures and services and demonstrated working knowledge of (1) Portfolio Optimization, CRE Strategy, CRE Organizational Design, Account and Transaction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Lease Administration and IWMS technology; or (2) Management consulting in the areas of organizational design, infrastructure, footprint optimization, consolidation and redundancy analysis, outsourcing analysis and business case implementation.

  • Reputation as a best-in-class service provider or client representative
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions
  • This role can be located in any Major US Market

  • You will successfully work with large Fortune 500 companies to provide strategic real estate solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • You will proactively seek to improve and implement account best practices and elevate client’s experience.
