Position Summary

This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of strategic raw material and finished goods replenishment for the FRA manufacturing, tolling, and warehouse sites in North America. The role will generate replenishment orders in alignment with the broader S&OP process and Supply Planning recommendations. This role will also closely monitor all inbound and in transit shipments to ensure arrival dates meet expectations. In the event of shortages and/or delays, this role will work closely with the Supply Chain Planning Manager, Logistics, Purchasing, Operations, etc. to identify and execute contingency plans. This role also has ownership of the planning processes and must ensure that all work orders, receipts, ship confirmations, etc., are done in an accurate and timely manner including the transactions associated with third party tollers and warehouses.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Raw material replenishment (ordering, inventory management, communications)
  • Warehouse and third-party inventory replenishment
  • Third party warehouse inventory reconciliation and accuracy
  • Supply planning – Support Oracle Supply Planning project
  • Inventory planning – inventory management
  • Assist with global S&OP, back up Supply Chain Planning Mgr
  • EFS – Assist with EFS tracking as well as problem investigations and solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement, functional excellence and process maturity improvements
  • Develop strong relationships with Operations, Site Managers, Engineering, etc. to ensure a collaborative environment between functions.
Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
  • Supply Chain or Business degree
  • CPIM certification (must obtain within 18 months)
  • Lean – 6 Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • IT systems including the Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle applications
  • Ability to travel as needed <20% of time.
  • Emerging partnership and collaboration skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed
  • Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust
