The Role at a Glance: We are excited to bring on a Supervisor of EDI Queue Processing to join our Group Protection Operations Team supporting EDI Onboarding and Processing in one of the following key city offices (Dover, NH; Atlanta, GA; Omaha, NE).

Background Details
As the Supervisor of EDI Queue Processing, you will provide leadership, coaching and development to your team of approximately 10-13 direct reports who process member transactions that ensure proper administration of employee benefits. You will be responsible for oversight of and creating an environment that supports the customer-centric strategy, vision, and priorities of the organization.   • Supervises team and processes for the EDI Queue Processing team.
  • Responsible for ensuring workloads are appropriately balanced among team members and within established turnaround times.
  • Partners with EDI Leadership to ensure common goals are met and/or exceeded.
  • Builds organizational capacity by identifying and recommending process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality within EDI.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with EDI Management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Manages and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
  • Establishes and implements individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility.
  • Provides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
  • Manages and evaluates individual/team performance and takes appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
  • Ensures that processes are followed in accordance with internal controls and that data is appropriately managed per LFG corporate data privacy standards
  • Ensures that top talent is hired and retained.
What we're looking for:Must-haves:
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 3+ Years of experience in customer service environment directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Nice-to-have experience (Preferred):
  • Prior supervisory experience and/or experience working in Ardis/Converge
  • Ability to balance technical aspect (system, customer, broker) and ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and continuously improve processes, procedures, systems and the team

Work ArrangementHybrid/Office : Employees will work in a Lincoln office generally three days each week and work from home the remainder of the days, following any applicable in-office training period determined by their manager.
