- Provides consultation services by phone for Advance Practice Providers (APP)
- Serves as supervisory physician for APPs
- Maintains patient confidentiality
- Communicates respectfully with providers and staff regarding quality of care issues
- Promotes WellNow culture by modeling the mission and values of the organization
- Serves as a positive advocate for WellNow within the medical community
- Works collaboratively with existing quality and performance improvement strategies
Board certification in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine- Licensed and have DEA in the state of practice
- Able to work well in team environment
- Strong “Crucial Conversation” skills
