Job Details:
The rate of pay for entry-level positions is $13 - $15 per hour depending upon experience.

4-day work week: hours are 5:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Thursday.

Overtime may be required at times due to the needs of the business.

Job Summary

Pre-assembling parts to be placed onto the boat per the order by using the correct tools and proper methods to attain the correct standard in the installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, including tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill and ratchet
• Pre-assemble speakers, amps, dashboard, computer and uploading programs
• Inspects all parts after production to ensure they are complete and up to quality standards
• Work in teams
• Climb in and out of boat as needed

• Be able to use a variety of hand tools including screwdrivers, drills, razor knife, ratchet and scissors
• Minimum one year of experience working with electrical parts or tools
• Must have basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts
• Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines
• Able to work with a team to complete daily tasks
• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Able to keep work area clean and orderly
• Must be able to bend at waist and knees, squat and stand for extended periods of time while installing parts.
• Must be able to climb into and out of the interior of boats
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
