The Space Dynamics Laboratory is looking to immediately hire a student-level engineering assistant to support hardware and software for various custom network and communication systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a USU student pursuing a degree/certification in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Candidates should have some familiarity in one or more of the following: reading and understanding electronic schematics, hardware and software test and troubleshooting procedures, working with and programing FPGAs, and programing in JavaScript, C, and/or C++
  • Must be able to work effectively; both independently and as a team member
  • Must have good communications skills, both written and verbal are essential
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S.
