The Work You'll Do:

The Strategy Program Manager is responsible for working cross-functionally to drive the success of their assigned line of business. This role will be responsible for leading (and driving) the effort to design the offering, enable go-to-market execution and drive operational orchestration. This role will report to the Strategy Programs Office.


More specifically, you will:

  • Assist with the facilitation of the cross-functional sales tax initiatives, including scoping the initiative, developing program & communication plans, orchestrating execution and monitoring results to adjust course, as needed.
  • Work with leadership to define the target market within our customer base and across the broader market, package the solution and design pricing.
  • Work with peer departments to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Product, Field and Customer Marketing teams to provide insights and analytics into market performance and behaviors.
  • Responsible for monthly analytics on key performance indicators including retention, bookings, pipeline, growth and market share.
  • Align GTM vision between sales and marketing teams using data driven approach to drive focus on core markets, buyer types, and company profiles and segmentation.

What We Need From You:

  • 2-5 years of related experience in a business-based or project management role
  • High level of expertise in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce CRM Software
  • Familiarity with NetSuite an asset
  • Proven experience adapting to new concepts and technologies with ambiguous details and minimal oversight to produce meaningful insights which can be applied to the Sales Tax Product Line
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into component parts and the ability to communicate that vision clearly to a broad audience
  • Essential Job Functions

    • Assess, analyze and resolve complex problems
    • Manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment with ability to adapt to change as necessary
  • Due to federal contracts, successful candidates will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
