Job Description

Grow your career as Strategic Account Manager. The overall purpose of this role will be to define and implement strategies to maximize revenues of key US & Global Partners by managing relationships, deploying processes, promotions and tactical ideas. The position will collaborate heavily with these partners while acting as the key liaison between hotels, Distribution, Sales & Marketing while provide ongoing communication, KPI development, tracking and training.
A successful Strategic Account Manager will:

  • Responsible for implementing Partner strategy to include successful product delivery and ongoing optimization, aligned with commercial contracting, promotional campaigns, and Resort needs.
  • Master complete understanding of each designated partner distribution through structure, policies, and operations in order to recommend solutions that enable each organization to maximize their potential within AMRC and act as the primary point of contact internally across departments and Hotels.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor key KPI provide executive summary on deliverables regularly.
  • First line of support for partners on day to day issues & communications at corporate level.
  • Conduct and attend partner meetings, industry events, or trade shows associated to accounts.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a manager.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years min of management level experience, 3-5 years of travel industry experience preferably with Account Management, Resort Contracting and Product Development/procurement
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools, ability to create and conduct PowerPoint presentations, Spanish speaking would be beneficial but not required
