Job Description
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills, coaching, delegating tasks
- Available to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the General Manager in daily operations
- Supervising team members to maximize store operations
- Coaching beverage preparations
- Scheduling
- Hiring and training new employees
- Managing and creating an inclusive and fun work-culture
- Building strong customer relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month
