Store Manager/Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills, coaching, delegating tasks
• Available to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
• Available to work 40 hours per week
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Effective oral communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the General Manager in daily operations
• Supervising team members to maximize store operations
• Coaching beverage preparations
• Scheduling
• Hiring and training new employees
• Managing and creating an inclusive and fun work-culture
• Building strong customer relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month

• Coffee shop

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
