How it works:

- You’ll be assigned a shift each day Monday - Friday

- You’ll work for new families and ones that request you back

- You work every week and get a guaranteed weekly salary

- If you work less, you are paid your weekly guarantee

- If you work more, you are paid for the additional hours

Requirements:

- Must have full days available Monday – Friday

- Able to start as early as 7 am or stay as late as 8pm if needed (you know ahead of time)

- Must have 1 year of childcare experience outside of family and friends since High school graduation

- Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months to this program

Compensation and Benefits:

- $17-19 per hour

- Weekly direct deposit as an employee of PNN

If Hired:

- Must be able to provide legal work status in the US

- Must have or get Child and Infant CPR and First Aid certification within a few weeks of employment
