Position Title SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

Through our state-of-the-art technology-enabled services, community wellness programs, and advocacy and education work, we are building a society in which emotional wellness can be a reality for everyone.Position Overview:As part of the Human Resources team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager provides counsel to the talent acquisition team on recruiting techniques for both exempt and non-exempt positions while owning the full lifecycle of talent acquisition across the organization, from sourcing to offer negotiationJob Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all recruitment activities, from posting positions and sourcing candidates to hiring and onboarding
  • Manage, evaluate, and counsel a team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Focus on continuous improvement of our recruiting and onboarding process to ensure that we have a consistently positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Create and maintain recruiting dashboards, using metrics to drive improvements in the recruiting process
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand and forecast needs and initiatives
  • Partner with diverse community groups, universities, and other organizations to create diverse talent pools
  • Partner with our internal operations and training teams to create or improve candidate hiring assessments
Reporting Relationship:Reports to: HR DirectorQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience recruiting in a high volume environment
  • Previous experience with managing and developing teams
  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills
  • Supports diversity hiring initiatives
Physical and Sensory Requirements
  • Mostly sedentary work; using standard office equipment including: a computer, keyboard, and telephone
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, service providers and others
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under stress
  • Ability to respond to telephones and other auditory stimulation
  • Ability to evaluate/interpret information and make independent judgment/decisions
