The Sr. Program Manager will partner with Segmentation and Planning leadership to land and execute against strategic priorities. This role is the "trusted advisor” that will be responsible for everything from helping leadership define strategies and programs through to the day to day execution of the business operations. This role serves as the operational subject matter expert for Sales Operations and their leadership team, supporting all business operations both tactically and strategically. This is a ground floor opportunity to help shape the business direction and operating model of a rapidly growing organization. The Program Manager will have a talent and passion for building new business mechanisms along with a relentless desire to continuously improve operating models while optimizing communication and collaboration across business and technology teams. A strong bias for action, strategic planning skills, quantitative analysis, and the ability to organize and deliver new initiatives across cross-functional operations, sales, technology, and product teams is essential.

Responsibilities include:
  • Drive standardization of program delivery practices, businesses processes, and reporting with Segmentation & Planning operations, enablement, field engagement, governance & policy, and technology teams.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations including business reviews, cross functional communications, and coordination.
  • Detailed reporting of program, project, and team status and associated metrics.
  • Lead initiatives related to improving existing processes or launching new processes.
  • Partner closely with Program Managers on protocol/process development for project success.
  • Continuously evaluate program processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.
  • Create and provide reporting as required (e.g. operational metrics, KPIs, dashboard creation).
  • Assist the Segmentation and Planning Leader with other operational activities as needed.
