Sr. Paid Search And Operations Analyst

You will have direct impact on continuing to drive this success as part of the newly formed North American ecommerce SEM team. We’re looking for someone who can ensure best-in-class measurement and operational excellence on the North America Search Engine Marketing (SEM) program including search, PLA, and CSE.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 2-3 years of search experience in an agency or experience working with a large brand.
• Proven expertise in key digital search disciplines / tools, with an understanding of best practices
• Background in feed background and optimization.
• Strong time and project management skills - with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex or technical concepts to a non-technical business audience.
• Strong background in Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools to continually analyze, interpret and report on the performance
• Strong background in Google Ads & Google Ads Editor
• Google Ads Certification preferred
• Experience in writing and performing data scripts
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly results driven, organized and detail-oriented.
