Job Description
The Sr Manager, Medical Strategy & Execution - Neuropsychiatry is supporting Global Medical Neuropsychiatry within the pipeline team to ensure launch readiness, Vendor and Contract Management (External/ Key Medical Expert Engagements and service providers), AOP facilitation/ budget tracking, orchestration of the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP), Advisory Board meeting operations, and Business Metrics and Reporting support. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in identifying interdependencies and tracking launch deliverables.
What You’ll Do:
In alignment with Director of Medical Strategy & Execution for Pipeline:
o Lead and execute daily operations of the Therapeutic Area
o Track Financials and own budget update and forecast
o Lead development of key business processes (LRP, ICP, AOP, Medical Plan, data generation prioritization)
o Orchestrate planning process at Global Therapeutic Area level and support liaison with the Affiliates, incl. MSL team (during plan development and execution)
o Stand in to represent the Therapeutic Area and its objectives at various cross-functional committees
o Support development of launch readiness plan (incl. Affiliates) and oversee tracking
o Act as the go-to person for the Medical personnel in the Therapeutic Area to them help them navigate the service landscape and support access and ease-of-use
o Participate or lead critical planning meetings within the Global Therapeutic Area to develop objectives and implement strategies and procedures (project management)
Who You Are:
You ensure consistency and operational excellence for the Medical Directors’ Office. You will support launch readiness activities across Neuropsychiatry.
Qualifications
Five years' experience in the pharma, biotech, life sciences or other GxP compliant industry- Experience in Medical and/ or Commercial, Market Access
- Experience in launching a new product, ideally in Neuroscience
- Experience in interfacing with and managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in project management, incl. developing and/or evaluating feasibility for projects/technologies/assets while accounting for technical and business needs
- Experience in working closely with an Affiliate (eg Regional level) preferred
- Experience in finance preferred
- Proven track record of successfully implementing a new process, procedure, initiative, etc. Strategy and long-range planning experience
- Demonstrated use of data characterization and analysis for business process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
