Position Description: As Sr. Manager, Field Marketing Manager, you will lead our global Field Marketing team working closely with regional sales managers, demand generation, portfolio and event marketing to develop and execute effective marketing plans in alignment with the sales and marketing strategy. These programs will target hospital and health system executive buyers around the world. We are looking for someone who is experienced in driving, planning, and implementing regional marketing programs targeting both prospective and existing customer buyers. The ideal candidate will have experience in ABM program creation internationally including those that focus on clinical, operations and IT audiences within a hospital. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Portfolio & Customer Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the execution of the global field marketing plan to support sales strategy and meet demand generation goals, including events, webinars, email campaigns and tradeshows
  • Conduct market research to understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, buying process, buyer personas, healthcare policy to inform marketing plan
  • Lead development of demand generation programs, including but not limited to events, webinars, email campaigns and thought leadership programs
  • Develop comprehensive ABM plans in alignment with strategic accounts by region
  • Effectively use CRM for list segmentation, data capture, scheduling and deployment, and to forecast, measure, analyze and report on programs
  • Develop and implement successful pipeline acceleration and up-sell / cross-sell programs
  • Build programs that create a sense of shared community and affinity for our brand among existing customers and partners in each region
  • Analyze impact and effectiveness of field programs on lead flow, opportunity acceleration and awareness building. Report out on progress quarterly
  • Provide leadership, growth and development opportunities for the team
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to generate localized content such as emails, direct mail and campaign program content
  • Communicate and educate sales teams regarding new and planned field marketing activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology targeting the healthcare vertical; with at least 4 years in field marketing
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading a team
  • Experience working with globally dispersed cross functional teams and colleagues
  • Advanced understanding of sales cycles and large deal complexity

  • Experience with digital marketing including a marketing automation platform, preferably Marketo
  • Experience marketing and/or selling to hospital and health system executives is preferred
  • Travel up to 20%, including international travel
