Job Description

Fluidra is seeking an Sr. Functional Analyst* experienced working in* Epicor to join the team at our Taylor Technologies location in Sparks, MD.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE*
The Senior Functional Analyst will be responsible of managing day to day operations of our ERP system. The position will play a central role in ensuring the ERP systems are operating effectively, and actively engage with leaders and users across the organization to facilitate continuous improvements. This position requires strong knowledge of business processes, project management skills, ability solve complex business/system problems. Additionally, you will:

  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of Epicor ERP.
  • Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
  • Facilitate implementation of new processes through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation.
  • Defines system scope and objectives through research and understanding of the applicable business systems, industry standards, best practices, and the benchmarking of other government agencies. Identifies opportunities for improving processes and functions and makes recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with different stakeholders by providing vision and future product road mapping.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
  • Provide customized recommendations for system optimization.
  • Review upgrade and enhancements package details, and delegate tasks
  • Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
  • Assist in developing test scripts and written procedures.
  • Assess, define, and migrate towards process standardization between company locations.
  • Ability to create and maintain BAQs, BPMs and dashboards within Epicor.

WHAT WE SEEK*

  • At least 2 years of working experience on Epicor and/or other ERP systems. Knowledge of ERP, MS SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Visual Studio and C#.
  • Experience working on ERP.
  • Experience working on Microsoft SQL and reporting.
  • Develop documentation and procedural guidelines for ERP
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports Skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in standard industry tools and practices

B.S. in computer science required.
