Shopping - Senior Associate, Process Management - Job Description

We are seeking a highly-talented and adaptable Process Manager to join the Shopping team, with a focus on operations and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process development and problem solving. The role will encompass a variety of areas and activities, including process management, documentation, risk assessment, and reporting/communications. We’re looking for a candidate who works well in the midst of rapid change and growth - flexibility, positive attitude, and strong communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process management and documentation - assist in documenting new and changing processes and controls and ensuring we approach our work with an audit-ready mindset

  • Support Shopping’s well managed agenda by aiding in risk assessments, problem solving to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk

  • Documenting risks, results, and issues and working with internal partners on remediation plans

  • Partnering with team leads, including Shopping servicing, to ensure clear communication of team goals and project requirements

  • Serve as point of contact for customer inquiry escalations and to collect ideas for process and product improvement changes

  • Represent Shopping to ensure appropriate messaging to customers

  • Own collateral review process and make updates to ensure accuracy and clear understanding for customers

  • Collaborate with Shopping team on new intent, initiatives, and Enterprise requests


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite

  • At least 1 year of experience working within financial services on customer servicing applications, process management, risk management, or project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • 2+ years of process management experience

  • 2+ year of experience working within financial services on customer servicing applications, process management, or change management

  • 1+ years of experience with customer management software ( Zendesk)

  • 1+ years of experience with project management tools (Airtable, Asana)
