Job Description

Landscape Sprinkler Technician
We are actively seeking a full-time service tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in the execution of repair and maintenance services to existing sprinkler and low-voltage outdoor lighting systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular customer contact by phone, e-mail, and in person to facilitate scheduling
  • Troubleshooting and repair
  • Accurate billing and record keeping through our customer management software program
  • Billing software systems.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and Insurable Oregon Driver's License.
  • Experience working with landscape sprinkler systems.
  • Competence in troubleshooting and diagnosing sprinkler and lighting systems.
  • Possess or have ability to acquire Backflow Tester Certificate.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Must be able to formulate and clearly communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work both independently with little guidance and within a collaborative group environment.
  • Preference for currently certified Oregon Backflow Testing Certificate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
We utilize remote dispatching when practical, staggered start and finish times as possible, and reimbursement for mileage for crew who take separate vehicles.
