Front End Developer with a Current TS-SCI Clearance to work in Reston, VA.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: eVolver, A Converged Security Solutions Company seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as a Software Engineer 4 in support of a DIA contract. The Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (IC SCC) is a federal cyber center with a mission to ensure the execution of defensive activities, coordinate security monitoring across the IC, and maintain awareness of security-related threats, events, and incidents.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Responsibilities: The Splunk Developer will create data visualizations (dashboards) in Splunk in order for the customer to easily monitor various aspects of system health. The candidate shall support software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (with both new and legacy systems); Interact with customers and development team to gather and define requirements; Analyzes and studies customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to satisfy their needs; Designs, creates, tests, and maintains software and web based applications and content solutions to satisfy customer requirements; Follow a formal design process using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and also adheres to laws, standards, and established guidelines for development and delivery of software and web applications (e.g., software reuse, modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, fault tolerant); Coordinate creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent site design; Design and develop visually-pleasing, content rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation; Develop and maintain software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades; Provide software process management and configuration management throughout the software / web development lifecycle.
Technical Requirements (required and desired):Required Qualifications: Technical Writer shall possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in creating Splunk visualizations a must
  • Proficiency in PHP, JQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap preferred
  • Experience coding hardened web applications to NIST SP 800-53 preferred.
  • UI and graphic design experience a plus
  • High School Diploma/GED plus 12 years of experience, Associates Degree plus 10 years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of experience, Master’s Degree plus 6 years of experience, PhD plus 4 years of experience
