Special Functions Coordinator Job Summary:
  • Responsible for planning, direct & supervise hospital special functions/events . Will be responsible for coordinating with other departments and outside vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate Special Functions/Events with appropriate departments/vendors.
  • Identify and select outside sources for needed services.
  • Assist with projects related to Patient Satisfaction, hospital goals and mission statement.
  • Attendance and being on time, ready to work your scheduled hours is an essential job function.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required, College degree preferred
  • Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment
  • Experience in Event Planning, Project Management
