About the opportunity:

Sourcing is a core strategic driver in the Talent Acquisition Team at Avenue Code. As a member of this team, the Sourcer works closely with our Recruiters and Client Successes to develop strategies to find the best and sometimes untapped candidates.

We’re seeking a dynamic Sourcer who brings a level of creativity and strategy to our sourcing team!

Responsibilities:
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns;
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Insights and alternative search techniques;
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications;
  • Developing and update job descriptions and job specifications;
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
  • Work closely with recruiters and client success to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit with us;
  • Provide market data to better understand its dynamics;
  • Use hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions;
  • Provide strong and positive experience to Avenue Coder candidates;
  • Engage top talent with your personalized approach;
  • Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to engage and activate passive candidates via internet sourcing techniques;
  • Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions in the recruitment process;
  • Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging and sourcing the best candidates;
  • Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent;
  • Skill in organization, prioritization, and operating at speed and with urgency;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong decision-making skills;
  • Advanced English.
