Nationwide Energy Solutions is looking for more outside sales representatives to add to our growing team! At Nationwide Energy Solutions our job is to build new relationships as well as maintain existing relationships with the clients we have served in the past. With the growing demand of solar and other home improvement needs we are extending the opportunity to be a part of a team that values people over profit and wants to make an environmental impact on the community we serve.

Nationwide Roofing was the pilot brand of the NCV family where the company would focus primarily on roofs. Over time we realized that there were a lot of problems that we could solve for our clientele. After optimizing our roofing process we expanded our horizons to exteriors where we improved our ability to service siding, windows, gutters, and screen enclosures. Even then we learned that people needed a trusted contractor to give them information about their energy consumption. A lot of companies would offer services that were not necessary in order to increase their profit margin and when we started seeing it regularly, we said "no more." That was when we created Nationwide Energy Solutions as a one stop consultant and installer for solar, insulation, and energy efficient paint.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work 6 days a week.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus!
  • NO PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
  • Prior sales experience is a plus!
  • Personable with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to use a smartphone.
  • Be a self-starter and self motivated.
  • Generate new business by door knocking and closing set appointments.
  • Achieve daily and weekly quota of energy assessments and closed deals.
  • Have goals that align with company culture.
  • Willing to learn and implement new techniques.
  • Personable with exceptional presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities include;

  • Market to residential and commercial clients to assist with their energy needs.
  • You will be an energy expert within your territory that you create. You have the option to market throughout the state.
  • New Reps will be given an area to build their client base and will expand from there.
  • Manage your own schedule
  • Sales of residential and commercial solar
  • Closing deals and signing contracts
  • Ability to be a successful first-time closer
  • Analysis of customer's current and projected electrical usage and financial return on investment
  • Must have a clear understanding of solar sales, contract agreements and be able to explain agreements to home and business owners
  • Manage your own territory
  • Personally driven and self motivated.
  • Make recommendations to Homeowner based on findings.
  • Generate new business by door knocking and closing set appointments.
  • Achieve daily and weekly quota of energy assessments and closed deals.
  • Methodically manage your sales funnel and job pipeline.
  • Maintain constant communication with Office and Homeowners.
  • Meet with clients periodically to achieve client satisfaction.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
