Solar Project Manager

DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATION:

Solar Project Manager is responsible for managing the residential solar projects from sales to activation, inspections and customer updates and satisfaction. Liaison between engineering, and field department with the client providing the best experience.

TASKS FOR SUCCESS:

• Schedule city inspections with city inspectors and field techs
• Handle solar design with customers and address questions
• Handle inspection requirements and inspector communication
• Customer communication about project status
• Handle solar interconnection with utility companies
• Handle HOA paperwork and process
• Directly work with engineering department and field, to provide smooth process for completion of solar project
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships thru out the whole process
• Follow up on sales activity. Be a customer point of contract thru the whole process and make sure customer is fully satisfied at every stage of the process.

• Ability to deliver on time
• Teamwork and self-motivated
• Digital Savvy - Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe, DocuSign, Panda Docs, CRM tools, Mapping tools, online solar platforms – All these tools are created to improve time management, closing ratio and a number of sales. It is an essential requirement to be digital savvy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 21year of experience in solar industry
• Must be able to work full-time
