Job Summary*

The Software Developer is responsible for customizing and developing applications under general guidance. This position will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and implementing phases of the application systems development process. This opportunity has flexibility for a hybrid work environment.
Essential Job Duties
1. Develops new software programs to improve business efficiencies.
2. Maintains and modifies existing custom applications.
3. Provides application support to users.
4. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs software deployments.
5. Creates test plans and performs quality assurance testing.
6. Creates and modifies various software integration points.
Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with continuous training.
• Documents new and existing processes for training, reference, and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_*

• Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Development or other related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Development Stack, i.e., C#, Visual Basic, etc. required, certification preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in programming or systems analysis required.
• Experience with JSON and XML required.
• Must be proficient in SQL.
• Experience with Web Services, SQL Server, Tableau and/or Power BI preferred.
• Experience with Office 365 Suite including Sharepoint, Flow, Outlook, etc. preferred.
• Experience with Git or Version Control Tools preferred.
