Job Description
Parkway Health and Rehab Center is currently seeking a Social Service Director at it's skilled nursing facility in West Roxbury, MA. The Social Service Director is responsible for coordinating intake, admissions, and discharge procedures, as well as providing counseling and social services to residents of the nursing home and their families.
This is a full-time (40 hr/wk) salaried position.
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess a Masters Degree in Social Work supplemented by at least 3 years of experience, preferably in a long-term skilled nursing setting.
