Job Description
Help maintain language center daily operation. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Front desk work, check out language resource materials, maintain the audio/video area and computing area daily operation, Open and close the language center at least twice a week. Monitor language tests.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties Continued Preferred Qualifications Front desk experience, understand one foreign language and culture.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge

Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities. Non-Essential Responsibilities and Duties Special Instructions Work-study is awarded to SLCC students through the Federal College Work-Study program, which requires establishing financial need through the FAFSA application from the Financial Aid Office. If you do not have work-study awarded to you, you will not be eligible for work under work-study positions.
