Key Role:
Design, develop, and execute solutions within a particular specialty, including foreign languages, science, or technology, in support of intelligence organizations, missions, or processes. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts and limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Communications Intelligence (COMINT) collection and analysis
Experience with developing scenarios and supporting documents to support Information Warfare (IW) team trainer courses and providing IW and Intelligence support to fleet operations
Experience operating Ship’s Signals Exploitation Equipment Increment Foxtrot (SSEE INC F)
Knowledge of integrating warfare training objectives into a focused warfare exercise
Ability to script and build scenario events and timelines in a real-time dynamic tactical operation environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with implementing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and warfare role playing
Knowledge of processes and tools related to COMINT and other technical SIGINT disciplines, including ELINT and FISINT
Knowledge of US Navy training and development
Ability to incorporate skillsets into team trainer events
Bachelor's degree
Completion of Navy Intermediate Signals Analysis Course: NEC CTR-9147
