Job Description
LIT Method is seeking all the movers and shakers that are looking to disrupt the fitness industry through our Low Impact Training Method. Our company is built around our innovative and creative approach to fitness and is driven by our community.

LIT Method is looking for passionate, high-energy customer service specialists to manage online customer support and order fulfillment at our Corporate Headquarters. You will be part of a fast-growing and high-paced team that is the driving force of sales and relationships. Our Customer Service specialists are masters of our products, services, and brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete sales inquiries through excellent customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Assist customers through email interactions and answering phone calls. Communicate and follow up with any assistance.
  • Fulfill orders, create shipping labels, pack and ship packages.
  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of LIT Methods products and brand image.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
  • Prior customer support experience - preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An appreciation of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs.
