Job Description:

Shipments: 50%
-Compiling and sending samples – (FedEx/GSL – Domestic and International)
-Tracking/Reporting deliveries – ability to fix issues that arise (customs, damaged goods, mis-shipped packages)
-Ordering and maintaining samples/shipping supplies inventory
-Ability to lift maximum increments of 45lbs
-Scheduling shipment pickup/drop offs

General Office Duties: 20%
-Fielding emails/phone calls, maintain calendars, data entry, organizational skills a must

Project Management: 10%
-Working with cross-channel customers and inhouse department leaders to accomplish on time deliverables

E-commerce / sales support: 10%

Social media / marketing support: 10%

Computer Skills: (Mac/PC)
-Adobe, Microsoft Office, GSuite, Slack
-Updating Websites / Social media
-Square Space / Wordpress
-Instagram / Facebook

Attending onsite bottlings for QC (California)
-Reliable car/clean driving record
