Job Title: SW Hub Shipping Analyst

Department: Supply Chain

Reports to: SW Hub Distribution Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: Phoenix, SW hub

Role Summary:

The hub shipping analyst will work under the Hub Distribution Manager to ensure efficiency & accuracy of the order fulfillment & shipping process. The shipping analyst will draft SOPs for each ERP system used & track the effectiveness of those processes. The shipping analyst will work to develop measurable statistics that can be reported to management & directors. The shipping analyst will also work alongside the reverse logistics supervisor & fleet management supervisor to ensure all processes involved in the shipment of goods align with retail needs & compliance. This will be accomplished through strategic planning, process implementation, and continued training. The shipping analyst will also play a critical role in the rollout of new ERP systems, including SAP.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the order fulfillment process across all markets
  • Draft pick/pack and shipment SOPs for each ERP used
  • Create & maintain reports for “OTIF” that flow into the supply chain KPI
  • Work with retail stores & wholesale customers to optimize delivery schedules
  • Travel to distribution facilities to train order fulfillment teams
  • Aid other logistics team members at Trulieve to lead the inbound/outbound logistics & supply chain for a multi-site, multi-state manufacturing & distribution network
  • Manage material attribute data in the MRP system.
  • Utilize data to drive decision making & drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor inter-facility transfers of raw materials
  • Foster a winning culture & process driven environment, to motivate a team to deliver consistent success
  • Work with procurement & marketing to ensure on-time delivery of time sensitive product such as new items, promotional items, and OOS replenishment
  • Communicate with supply chain & operations leadership regarding results & challenges
  • Support monthly inventory counts
  • Other duties as assigned by supply chain leadership

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years experience in a multi-site distribution structure
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency required along with strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • Prior experience with multiple ERPs, SAP preferred
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize appropriately.
  • Knowledge of order fulfillment processes

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater).
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
  • Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise).

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
