Shipper-Receiver & Manufacturing Support

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible to support manufacturing with critical responsibility of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible to manage all goods shipped to suppliers for outside processing and goods received from same vendor base, along with material, purchase parts and other items received at KVI. Packaging, processing, and shipping of final product to customer. Manage Finished Goods inventory. Perform passivation, titanium anodize and other parts washing and processing. Deburr, sand blast and other finishing techniques are also performed. Works with vendors to assure KVI supply chain success.

Essential Duties:

• Receive and manage product thru job routers, including returns. (Includes receiving into E2)
• Package, protect and ship product.
• Manage all shipping vendors and generate all associated shipping/receiving documentation.
• Manage shipping supplies.
• Manage customer requests for shipping/tracking information.
• Deliver/pick up parts/materials as required internally & externally using fork lift and other company vehicles.
• Raw Material processing and staging.
• Run Automated Passivation Line
• Perform Titanium Anodizing and other parts related finishing and cleaning
• Deburr and finish parts to customer specifications

Secondary Duties:

• Assist Production, maintenance, and Quality as needed.
• Supports Quality Assurance for deployment, maintenance and implementation of ISO Quality Systems.
• Implement shipping/Receiving Related Software.
• Manage ISO Level II Processes related to Shipping/Receiving
