Purpose of the job:
A Services Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and
revenue growth objectives. This role will grow sales through multiple channels, including ecommerce,
dealers, and service providers using analytics to identify opportunities and convert the opportunities into
sales.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Use installed base data to hunt for new Services Products customers (e.g. Accessories, Parts, Contracts)
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Identify and develop E-Commerce opportunities utilizing Hiab’s digital platforms
- Improve customer segment understanding and create actions based on that
- Make sure that SalesForce is updated with customer data as well as leads and opportunities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned area of responsibility
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to customers, dealers, and service partners s
- Act as a feedback loop for digital platforms & champion e-commerce
- Activate Marketing Automation with the market segments
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
Working experience:
- 5+ years experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive or agricultural industry
Competence and skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Google applications including Slides, Sheets, Docs and GMail.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced and modern environment
- Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
- (Basic) business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria
- Self driven and results orientated
