Job Description

As a Senior ServiceNow Administrator for CGS you will support in the development of highly complex, mission critical scoped applications, and Platform capabilities. You will be a part of a team of administrators, developers, business analysts and testers supporting the current environment and building out custom applications within ServiceNow. You will support end to end development of both Portal and back-end platform including workflow and custom widgets. This job has remote capabilities dependent on work experience and customer needs.


Job Duties


  • Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps, ACLs and notifications
  • Develop custom integration components (SSO, CMDB, SAS connectors etc.) and integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow using mid-server, web services, chatops, email and other relevant technologies
  • Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications
  • Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances
  • Design for and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment
  • Document, maintain, and update policies; procedures and controls for the operation of the ServiceNow platform and its SDLC
  • Work with process managers to fully understand business functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements
  • Manage and lead the development work of vendors and consulting staff
  • Mentor and share technical knowledge with Business Service Management team
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices (including scripting, security, implementation)
  • Display aptitude in learning new modules based on training materials


Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience of ServiceNow development
  • 3+ years of experience in ITSM, HRSD, CSM process design Required
  • ServiceNow System Admin Certification
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow API’s, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS R
  • 3+ years of experience with web portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, bootstrap
  • 3+ years of experience implementing HRSD, CSM and ITSM
  • ITIL foundation certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer highly desired
  • 3+ years ServiceNow administration in an enterprise environment highly desired
  • 5+ years of experience of ServiceNow development highly desired
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management process design highly desired
