What you’ll be doing:
Leading by example is what you’ll do every day!! This position will perform accurate, experienced automotive maintenance, repairs and diagnostics, manage the station team and build/maintain customer rapport. The Service Station Manager is responsible for the day-to-day location operations, employees, profitability and customer care. There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the station (inside and out) in many different areas to maintain our high standards for station appearance and provide an outstanding experience for our customers…they have come to expect it!

We’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience
  • Safe driving records
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work occasionally in outdoor weather conditions

Extra awesome if you have:

  • Supervisory experience
  • ASE or equivalent certification
  • Motivation to advance your career!
