Job Description

Quick Servant Co. handles commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking equipment. The Service Dispatch Coordinator serves as the voice of Quick Servant when handling emergency and non-emergency service calls. Each coordinator is in charge of a team of Technicians to assigns work, tracks hours and mileage, coordinates with relevant departments, and communicate with customers.

Job requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of field technicians including scheduling, times, & GPS Reporting.
  • Prioritize call schedule according to urgency and partner expectations.
  • Monitor the route and status of repairs to coordinate and prioritize call schedules.
  • Act as a communication liaison for partners, account managers, and technicians.
  • Collaborate with management and technicians to modify service schedule.
  • Data entry for service logs and call records.
  • Work autonomously and in team settings.
  • Capable of following office procedures and guideline.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills.
  • Sound judgement and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
