Server And Bartender

The Tasting Room Server is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience, by serving wine and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with bar equipment, and sanitation standards.

This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and a sales incentive pay program.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

- Prior experience as a bartender required.

- Refined verbal communication skills.

- Friendly and customer focused.

- Strong team player and self-motivated.

- Good organizational skills desired.

- Ability to work independently.

- Ability to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk; and hear.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

- An interest in the Ohio wine and grape industry.

- Must be available to work a weekend shift!
