You will be part of our development team that focuses on our Digital Marketing roadmap. You will take the lead on developing and supporting projects and have direct influence over 1 or more developers. You will promote and establish internal programming best practices based on industry standards and review code for application of these best practices. You will provide application support by diagnosing and remediating problems, performing root cause analysis, designing and executing application disaster recovery, as well as tracking and remediating metrics and trends of application performance.

You’ll develop, test, debug and document applications for a particular project. These applications include batch scripts, system integrations, working with data (e.g. stored procedures, ETL, reporting, etc.), web applications, and high performing multi-platform, distributed applications. You’ll create and maintain application documentation and define and maintain application configuration. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: You have working knowledge of Java web Development, Angular, .Net web Development (Sitecore CMS, ASP.NET, C#), and Front-end web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript libraries).

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: You relate to any audience and build trust by leveraging strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity.

RESULTS ORIENTED: You show initiative by focusing on the desired deliverables and meeting and exceeding your goals.

Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technology certifications are preferred. It is also preferred that the candidate have Banking and Financial Service experience.
