You have the skills and enthusiasm for tackling complex concepts, and the desire to influence processes and strategies that accelerate the efficiency of documentation processes. You also have experience writing about, and using Cloud applications, including Enterprise Integration as a Service (iPaaS). Experience with API Management and/or Runtime environments is especially desirable.

This team is seeking someone with unique skills, experiences, and qualities, to add to the diversity of our group, but we want someone who shares a knack for simplifying the complexity of our Platform's robust capabilities, so that information is presented to users in clear, consumable, actionable ways. You will be responsible for documentation of our Runtime environments, as well as supporting documentation for 1-2 other service areas. In addition to the technical writers and UX writers, you'll be working side-by-side with UX Researchers, Product Designers, Quality Engineers, Developers, Program Managers, and Product Owners. This role reports to the Director of User Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing API documentation and/or about Runtime environments
  • How to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Additionally, you have the ability to engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) and do independent research in order to deliver important information to users.
