Swiftly is a fast-growing venture-backed startup. We are in search of a full-cycle recruiter to join our team and help lay the foundation for hiring for the next year and beyond.

• 7+ years of industry experience recruiting for software companies
• Familiarity with a variety of modern application tracking solutions and recruiting tools
• Results driven with a track record of ensuring positions are filled on time
• Proficient in all aspects of recruiting including sourcing, resume screening, applicant tracking, candidate scheduling, facilitating the hiring process with internal hiring teams, communicating with candidates without oversight

• An autonomous self-starter who works well to establish structure and process
• Have experience creating something that did not exist previously
• Creative and unbound by convention
• Adaptable to changing process and tools based on what is working
