What We Are Looking For

Senior Strategic Account Executives at Two Hat Security love online communities and advocating on how to create positive outcomes for our partners using our tools and industry expertise. They are passionate about our mission and understand how our product offers differentiated, premium solutions to support the development and growth of our customer’s audience. They understand the importance of those audiences and advocate for solutions that will help grow and support engagement and retention within those communities.

Our Senior Strategic Account Executives are driven to achieve outcomes, have a clear and concise written and verbal communication style, are fanatical about customer satisfaction, have a competitive spirit, and an ability to direct individual accomplishments towards organizational objectives.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers.
  • managing multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the selling cycle.
  • work with cross functional teams to help align our product with customer feedback.
  • driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as expansion within existing accounts.

The successful candidates have an exceptional sales track record capitalizing on strategic accounts, experience in a team selling environment towards enterprise organizations, an active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships, and demonstrated experience pulling together different areas of expertise to maximize sales opportunities.

You have 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions, that experience includes:

  • selling in at the C level with ability to understand complex client needs and provide a comprehensive strategic solution that will meet the immediate and long term requirements and goals
  • a proven track record in business application software sales and experience in a lead role in a team-selling environment.
  • you have in depth knowledge and/or deep passion for the online games industry and/or large scale social media platforms
  • demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast paced and competitive market.
  • demonstrated experience building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel
  • demonstrated experience implementing and adhering to a sales playbook
  • utilizing a CRM system

  • Permanent position, 40 hours/week

We have worked remotely from very early in the beginning of the pandemic; we will have flexible work patterns going forward. Our offices are in Winter Park, Florida and Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
