The Role


We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Architect who will partner with the business to provide guidance and expert knowledge for our Salesforce usage.

What You’ll Do

  • Assists the functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for Salesforce initiatives

  • Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs within Salesforce

  • Strong understanding of when to use of native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development. Ability to successfully communicate this information to all stakeholders

  • Participates with implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs

  • Provides leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans

  • Maintains knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare solutions

  • Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design

  • Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience

  • 3+ years of Solutions Architect experience

  • Relevant Salesforce admin certification(s) a must

  • Experience with working with a technical team in optimizing legacy technical debt

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills and delivering large strategic Salesforce project initiatives

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ

  • Experience interacting with Marketing Automation and eCommerce

  • Experience with scoping of technical effort items/solutions implementation

  • Ability to manage salesforce enhancement requests from requirements through the SDLC process especially in large multi-org, multi-currency, and multi-language environment

  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes

  • Creation of Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project including specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations

  • Team player with excellent communication and moderation skills

  • Strong drive towards simple and effective solutions

  • Work with minimum supervision

  • Ability to be proactive work under time pressure
