Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Admin will join our Enterprise Systems Team to primarily support our Revenue Operations Team and you will play a key role within the Revenue Operations team at Scale, working closely with leadership and internal customers as we accelerate our go-to-market capabilities. Working cross functionally with a broad set of business partners, you will use business process understanding, appreciation for detail and quality, critical thinking, and a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude to craft holistic solutions that meet business and technology objectives while furthering Scale's long-term goals.You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and performance of our Sales and Marketing CRM systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Outreach, Quip, ZoomInfo, and other business systems as needed. In this role, you will work with numerous departments including Sales and Marketing Operations to deeply understand the entire customer life cycle, identify key integration points and optimize the current Sales Tech stack, and help build metric reports that allow RevOps management to make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for managing our core GTM (Salesforce-based) systems. This is a fast-paced position with the capability to help automate the many business processes that surround our unique business.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support the operation, performance, and optimization of the company's Salesforce environment and its integration with other Sales systems
  • Manage all daily administrative functions including , workflows, custom flows, Integrations, reports and other configurations
  • Work with stakeholders to build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide management with accurate metrics for our revenue funnel
  • Understand and Maintain data integration from a variety of inbound and outbound lead sources (i.e. events, website, BDR, inbound, digital advertising, etc)
  • Proactively look for ways to track and optimize Sales and Marketing systems and help rollout new features
  • Creating Automation to maintain data hygiene and adherence to best practice
  • Complete regular internal system audits and plan for the releases from Vendors like Salesforce, LeanData, Marketo, ZoomInfo and Outreach etc
  • Ensure system data integrity and integration with other systems (i.e. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Intercom and more).
  • Implement new processes and workflows
  • Assess business process needs and identify technical capabilities needed.
  • Provide guidance to clients on leading practices and domain expertise.
  • Participate in client workshops and functional elicitation sessions.

Required Skills :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration
  • Strong understanding of the platform; with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, Flows, Process Builders, Email Templates, Auto-Response rules, Assignment rules, Validation rules, Custom views, and others as needed
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • 3+ years of Marketo Admin experience / 2+ years of Lean Data Admin experience
  • A demonstrated track record of improving processes and effectiveness of the Salesforce.com platform
  • Ability to see projects from both a big-picture and task-specific point of view
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
  • Aptitude and passion for metrics, data analytics, and data visualization
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to take sales processes and build data-driven and visual representations and reports
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering,Computer Science,Management, Analytics, Operations, Economics, or related field
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with CPQ is a plus
  • Experience with Administering any of the Sales Add-on tools like ZoomInfo,HighSpot,LinkedIn Sales navigator, Cognism, Outreach would be a huge plus
  • Experience using Data loader to maintain data integrity, Hands on experience in performing complex data loads
