Senior Project Manager

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review and understand architectural and structural components of all projects.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers when required.
• Create schedule for project milestones for each job.
• Create fabrication schedule for each project.
• Understand structural steel connections and electability of the project by phasing or doing in sequences.
• Work with detailing department regarding modeling, connecting, phasing and production.
• Create relationship with project Superintendent, Project Manager and General Contractor.
• Oversee administration of project (i.e., contract, change orders, RFl's, invoicing, etc.)
• Site visits during construction and understand what needs to be done as well as what has already been completed.
• Oversee all installation and fabrication.
• Coordinate deliveries.
• Coordinate manpower for installation of project.

Candidate must be able to successfully manage all aspects of any project given, from Budget to customer relationships we require that all prospects produce a 15% profit minimum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
