Senior Program Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Continuous Improvement experience in either Transportation, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Amazon Logistics delivery operations are on pace to become one of the largest parcel carriers in the world and is looking for a Sr. Program Manager. Robust process that fully leverages delivery station and driver capacities are critical to accomplishing that scale while delivering a world class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work with leaders and teams horizontally and vertically across the organization to implement process improvement and cost savings measures.
• Develop complex operational standards and lead continuous improvement as a process.
• Influence business-critical decisions that enable scale and deliver consistent, industry leading on-road experience.
• Develop and own programs which ensure we achieve the highest possible customer and driver experience.
• Implement robust process improvement that fully leverages delivery stations and driver capabilities.
• Design simple, yet powerful improvements, which reduce costs and improve the customer experience.
• Lead network-wide improvement projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform complex analysis using techniques and tools.
• Masters degree in data science discipline
• 5+ years of process engineering experience
• 10+ years of Continuous Improvement experience in either Transportation, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• Experience as a Master Black Belt and internal consultant or technologist
